Our Provider

Dr. Nkeiruka Madubueze is a board-certified psychiatric and mental health nurse practitioner. She provides comprehensive and quality care for patients with various mental health conditions and improvement of their mental health. She earned a master's and doctoral degree in the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program at the University of South Alabama, Mobile, AL.

She treats patients from age 18 through 65 + years in the state of Texas. With knowledge from extensive experience, patients are prescribed appropriate medications and/or psychotherapy appropriate to address their mental health needs. She looks forward to discussing treatment plans with patients in detail.

She is committed to treating each patient individually by performing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and forming appropriate diagnoses suitable to the needs of each individual client. She also identifies problems and discusses suggestions with clients for change to facilitate continuity of patient care and meeting patient needs.

What is your approach to treatment?

What age group do you treat?

Mind Care Health Services provides mental health services for individuals from age 18 to older adults.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee. Payment is due at time of service.

What insurance do you offer?

We currently accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Magellan, Medicare, Medicaid, Optum/United Healthcare, Multiplan, and all their subsidiaries. Please contact us as we regularly update insurances that we accept.

If cash pay, we charge $200 for a one time 1-hour initial comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, and $125 for 30 minutes follow up appointments.

What if I don’t have insurance?

It can challenging to find services without health insurance. Mind Care Health Services offers options for this dilemma. What is Telehealth?

Telehealth is a way to receive healthcare services remotely through electronic devices like your computer, tablet, or smartphone. It is a particularly convenient way for people who are unable to come into the office in person to attend their psychiatric visits virtually.
